| The U.S. Consulate General Monterrey, working with Pronatura Noreste A.C. (www.pronaturane.org), has scheduled the Inaugural EUA-Mexico 10K for July 5, 2009, in Monterrey’s Parque Fundidora. Falling on the Sunday closest to July 4th, the race will be a celebration of both American Independence and the increasingly important bilateral relationship between Mexico and the U.S. Furthermore, given the role that each of us play in protecting our environment for the next generation, we are happy to announce that this event will be the first “Green” race in all of Mexico. The EUA-Mexico 10K is designed to funnel local fitness enthusiasm into a well-attended sporting event that appeals to people of all backgrounds and ages. The Consulate and Pronatura Noreste look forward to making this event a hallmark celebration for Monterrey and Northeast Mexico for decades to come. We look forward to you joining us to make the Inaugural EUA-Mexico 10K a smashing success. |

Pronatura Noreste A.C. (www.pronaturane.org) is a registered non-profit organization, recognized by the Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnologia (CONACYT), as a science and education organization. Pronatura was founded in 1997 with the fundamental goal of conservation and sustainable use of natural resources, essential to the health and life of Northeast Mexico. Pronatura Noreste A.C.
