Welcome to the web page for the American Citizen Services (ACS) section of the U.S. Consulate General in Monterrey, Mexico.
Our staff provides a range of emergency and non-emergency services to U.S. citizens visiting or living in the following Mexican states:
- Nuevo Leon

- Durango
- San Luis Potosi
- Coahuila (Except the municipalities of Ciudad Acuña, Allende, Guerrero, Hidalgo, Jiménez, Morelos, Nava, Piedras Negras, Villa Union and Zaragoza)

If after reviewing the information on the website you still have questions, you may contact us in person by visiting the Consulate General, by telephone or e-mail. Our public hours for handling information requests are between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm during regular business days, excluding the first business day of the month. Any information you give us is completely confidential and will only be released with your consent.
